Conservatory Art Classic
The Conservatory Art Classic, sponsored by the Conservatory Art Council, was organized in 1986, and has become an international juried art show held each year in September. 2008 marks the show’s 23rd year.
Through a purchase award given by Roland and Joyce Jones, in memory of their son John Steven, one piece of artwork is added to the Conservatory’s permanent collection each year, which is located in the Jones Gallery on the second floor of the Conservatory. The gallery houses an outstanding collection of original paintings and sculpture.

The 23rd Art Classic will be held September 20-28, 2008, with over $12,500 in awards.
